Mouldlife has built its name on bold exciting new products that have inspired new methods of processing materials. However, we cannot ignore the fact that some applications require nothing more than a good classic polyester resin.

Poly Lam is a fast clear multi-purpose polyester resin used for its high strength, fast production and low cost. Poly Lam is used as a general purpose resin for all GRP applications producing moulds and castings for a multiple of applications such as marine, shower trays, production parts, set building and props where strong thin laminates are required.

Poly Lam is available with a clear isophthalic gel coat, with good surface detail, high chemical resistance and hard wearing surface. The Gel Coat is water resistant, has light stability and is pigmentable.

Glass fibre is available in 300gm and 450gm matting. Glass tissue available for fine detailed prosthetic applications and our new Vail should be considered for set production as backdrops.
